    What can DDDTC offer?

    Club members take part in agility and obedience competitions, both locally and in Great Britain and ROI. Club representatives also attend Crufts Dog Show annually bringing back both information and equipment.

    The health and wellbeing of our members are extremely important to us. We also have a responsibility to reduce the risk, posed by the current pandemic, to the wider community. We are therefore regretfully continuing to suspend all classes for the forseeable future.

     AGILITY TRAINING - Wateresk Road, Maghera

    Agility training takes place on Wednesday evenings near Maghera Co Down in the summer and on a Saturday in the winter time.

    CATCHMENT AREA:  Ballynahinch, Saintfield, Lisburn, Newcastle, Downpatrick, Moira , Dromore and further afield


    Down District Dog Training Club was formed in 1967 under the name of Ballynahinch and District Dog Training Club. The Club first met in the Harmony Hall in Ballynahinch and then at the British Legion Hall in the town. There were several moves over the years until in August 1999 the Club moved to a large hall on the Windmill Road near Hillsborough.
